The Siberian Legal Readings, initiated by Tyumen State University in 2014, provide a discussion ground for discourse and debate on current problems and trends in law, exchange of views and experience, and establishment of broad contacts with law scholars and practitioners in Siberia, other regions across Russia, and foreign countries.

The 2018 conference in Tyumen focused on digitization in society, economy and law.
