The land property division matter was untypically compounded by the termination of the tenancy in common over the land and a dispute with the other co-owner, followed by re-distribution of the property within new boundaries.
In the matter related to debt recovery, Linde, represented by INTELLECT, recovered an advance payment unearned by a defaulting supplier, plus late interest.
