• successful protection in Antimonopoly service the interests of entity in the dispute over market leadership on trademark registration;
• successful protection of the publisher of a specialized business magazine against the suit from its direct competitor. The case was connected with using indices and indicators to estimate development and construction costs;
• collection from the municipal power in favour of contractor shortfall in income over limits, fixed by agreement with the municipal power.
