Our Win Is Among Top Ten 2013 Events
New Intellectual Property Court, the enactment of the antipiracy law, the uniform EU patent and S.T.A.L.K.E.R case - main IP law news of the year
RAPSI, the news agency run by the highest judiciary bodies of Russia — Constitutional Court, Supreme Court and Higher Commercial Court — named INTELLECT-S's client case among the top ten intellectual property events in 2013.
RAPSI listed INTELLECT-S's case, S.T.A.L.K.E.R., on par with such IP law news as the first ever hearing of the new Intellectual Property Court, the enactment of the antipiracy law, and the uniform EU patent.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R was one of the two cases INTELLECT-S had the honor to plead in 2013 before the Presidium of the Higher Commercial Court which hears every year not more than 500 select certiorari cases, either exceptionally complicated or having strong precedent value.
